The perfect of these Wines from every kind of impurity, the proportion of sugar and alcohol which they contain being rjrute characteristic of nnndnlterated, uninaniputatcd Wine, t<with llieir rich fragrance arising from aromatic ethers*, should strongly recommend them, and gain for them a good place in the Colonial market.
