Johnston fat) H renewal of his license for the Rovn] H Hotel, Herbert, was adjourned- for |H fortnight. ■ The following bottle lioenses were also I granted: William Blythe, Georgetown• H Jas. Paterson, Herbert; John Hender-1 son, Kakanui Mouth ; John Peattie I Peebles ; Dugald Shaw, Papakaio; B,' I Grady,. Kakan ui.. H from Maitland to Alex. Johnston of the Commercial Hotel, was granted. Hugo Lippert applied for a bottle license for his shop in Thames-street Mr. O'Meagher appeared for the appli. cant. The application was refused, The following bottle licenses wit granted ; —Robert Aitken, J. D. Hugha, J. W. Humphrey, Ireland and Esths, J, J. Spence, J. M'Dowall, W. M'Pto son, Jas. Scotfc, Jas.
