Jenniaon, a motion was mado by Mr. Alston for the discharge of the debtor. The order was granted. In re J. H. Giliigan, a motion for tho discharge of the bankrupt was made by Mr. Frascr. The application was adjourned until to-morrow. In re W. Atileck, a motion for completion of a deed of arrangement. Mr. Fraser appeared for tho debtor. Tho application was granted. In re W. Bay-tiuld-—Mr. Catamore, for debtor, made an application for the restoration of furniture seized by the bailiff for judgment in the Resident Magistrate's Court. Mr. Alston opposed on behalf of the creditor.'. An order was made for the debtor to have L2S wmth.
