[FROM OUK OV,>- CORRESPONDENT S.j CHRISTCHURCH. March 22. The gentleman to whom the Lyttelton Magistracy was offered lias refused to accept it. Much inconvenience is felt from tho want of a Magistrate there. Lord Harris and Messrs. Hornby, Hone, and Kchwliz, and seven local cricketers, play the first eleven to-day.
