[from ocr owk correspondent.] In the Fifth Match—4oo, 500, and 600 vards, 7 shots at each—Harding made 20, 24, 18—67 ; King, 28,15,20—03 ; Morris, 22, 11,13-46. In the Eleventh Match—ranges 400, 500, and 600 yards, 7 shots at each—King, 25, 25, 16-66 ; Morris, 19, 22, 2263 ; Harding only fired at the first range and scored 26. A protest was lodged against Harding for having wiped out his rifle during the tiring. The Committee cautioned him, and dismissed the protest. ! The Oamaru men are living m Bull s- ! eve Villa Tent.
