Mr. Mansford, P.M., to-day said that the attention of the Government ought to bo called to the prevalence of cases in which persons were charged with lunacy. Such cases had put the country to a great div.l of expense. It was discovered that the accused persons were simply suffering from the ull'ec*sof drinking.
