At the Paris Exhibition, the M'Cormio l Machine was awarded the only | GRAND PRIZE j given in the Agricultural Department. At the Trial held under the auspices of the Royal Agricultural Society of England at Bristol, August 6th: Decision of the Judges—M'CORMICK'S SHEAF BINDER fulfilled the conditions of the Society, and was awarded THE GOLD MEDAL. At the Riccarton Trial, January 2£th, 1878, three fourths of the farmers preferred the M'Cormick Reaper and Binder, and were prepared to give their unsolicited verdict in its favor. At the Kaiapoi Trial, February 7th, 1878, the FIRST PRIZE, given by the Farmers' Club, was awarded to the M'Cormick Maohine, At the Oamaru Trial, February 27th, 1878, THE GOLD MEDAL Given by the Northern Agricultual and Pae toral Association, Oamaru, Otago, wa awarded to the M'Cormick Machine. At the Ashburton County Trial, at Mefchven, on March 6th, 1878, the FIRST PRIZE was awarded to the driver of the only M'Cormick Machine present in competition with Twelve Machines of another make, At the Public Trial, held under the aus pices of the Otago Agricultural and Pastoral Association, at the Grange, Taieri, on March 16th, 1878, the thirty Judges appointed were unanimous in awarding the FIRST PRIZE TO THE M'CORMICK MACHINE.
