DISTRICT PRIZE FIRING.
The first squad of No. 1 Company competed this morning for the Government district prizes. The weather was clear, but there was a stiff cold breeze blowing, which told against the scoring, at the long ranges especially. Notwithstanding this, there were some very creditable totals made.
