The perfect frecnes3 of these W mes from tvery kind of impurity, the proportion of sugar and alcohol which they contain being quite characteristic of unadulterated, unmanipnlatcd Wine, together with their rich fragrance arising from aromatic ethers, should strongly recommend them, and gain f»r them a good place in the Colonial market.
