OAMARU CITIZEN CADETS.

The second competition for the Challenge Medal, presented to the above corps by Mr. Rice, took place at No. 1 Company's butts yesterday. The conditions on which it has to be fired for are, that it shall be won twice in succession, or any three times, before becoming the property of any cadet.
