Waitaki, Captain Edie, arrired in port from Dunedin at the usual hour on Saturday, with a numW of passenger* and a fjonural onrt'O. The three-masted schooner Fairlie, Capt. Norris, took her departure for the North on Saturday, with a cargo of produce, consigned to tho N.Z.L. and M.A. Co. Tho brig Pakcha, Captain M'Kinnon, left on Saturday night for Wellington and New Plymouth, with a cargo of produce. The s.s. Waitaki, Capt. Edie, took her departure for Dunedin on Saturday night, with passengers and a general cargo. The kotch Good Templar entered inward-to-day. Tho schooner Isabella Pratt is taking in a cargo of produce, and will sail in a few days for Napier. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. Lyttklton, Dec. 7. Arrived : Opawa, ship, from Plymouth, 91 days out, with immigrants, all well. No deaths occurred. She left Plymouth on Sept. 7th, and had a fine weather passage. She made the Snares on December 1, arriving this morning. New Plymouth, Dec. 7. Every preparation is being made to get the Hauriki off the Waitara Spit during the coming spring tides. Capt. Dale is sanguine of succcbb. So far little damage has been done to tho vessel.
