THE PAREORA LAND SALE.
Messrs. J. T. Ford and Co. will offer for sale, at the Timaru Mechanics' Institute, to-morrow, 6000 acres of the Pareora Estate, situated in South Canterbury. The advertisement, which appears in another column, contains such full particulars that we need scarcely do more than refer intending purchasers to it. Nor will it be necessary to write in praise of the quality of the land ; the excellence of the soil in that locality is already well known. The fact that the property will be sold in lots ranging from 20 to 200 acres will probably bring together a large number of buyers ; for, in addition to this, the terms for payment are so easy that industrious men could almost make sure of making enough, with ordinary seasons, out of the land to pay for it.
