WRIGHT, STEPHENSON, AND CO. and MACLEAN BROS.) have received instructions from the New Zealand and Australian Land Company (Limited), to Sell by Public Auction in Timarn, on Wednesday, December 4th next, 6000 ACRES 6000 OP THE FINEST AGRICULTURAL LAND in SOUTH CANTERBURY, Being part of the PAREORA ESTATE. 2500 acres of the above, or thereabouts, are situated in close proximity to the St. Andrew's Railway Station, on the Main Trunk Line, 10 miles south of Timaru, and the balance, 3500 acres, about 5 miles to the westward of that station, within easy access of Timaru by road and rail. Terms of payment are unprecedentedly liberal, and are as follow : £lO per centum cash at sale. £4O ~ extending over two years, by instalments to be declared at the time of sale. £25 per centum at the end of five years from date of sale, £25 per centum at the end of seven years from the date of sale, all unpaid portions bearing interest at the rate of 64 per centuii per annum, payable half yearly.
