1 Thoroughbred Horses and Hacks, Ayrshire and General Cattle Sheep 1 igu, Poultry, Dairy Produce, Cured Meats Implements, Flour .and Bread Gram and Seeds, and Dog*, will be judged and exhibited on the first day ot the Show ; and Draught Horses, Shorthorn ( attic, on the second day. All live stock taking pr.zes on the first day of the Show must be on exhibition on the second day, together with the exhibits in all other classes, under a penalty of 1 5 in all classes where the value of the prizes is U5 or over ; and in all other classes, L2 for a list prize, ami Id tor a second. 2 All exhibits for competition must be on 'the Show C round as herciiiatter stated, otherwise they will be excluded and will not be admitted on any pretence whatever :—Sheep and I igs before a.m.; Cattle, a.m.; Hones Dairy Produce, Poultry, etc., a.m. on the days fixed for exhibition ; and Implements, on the evening of the 20th November. Animals taking hrst prizes at this Show will" not- compete again as one of a pair, but thia shall not apply to private prizes. !N o Sheep to be removed from pens (except by direction of the Judges) after adjudication until 4 o'clock p.m. 8. The winners of Cups or 1 lcces ot 1 late shall not bo entitled to ree-ive the Medals representing the points by which the Cups were won. f>. No Cups will be given unless there be at least 20 exhibits, with not less than three exhibitors. 10. In the event of ties for any t up, _i.no winner of the largest number of tirst prizes taken precedence. The points for prizes will count as follows :—lst prize, three (3) points ; 2nd prize, two (2) points ; 3rd prize (represented by a highly commended ticket), one (1) point. 11. Prize-takers to have the option ot 12. w Aini)iplements shall be classified on the Ground, in accordance with programme, under the direction of the Stewards. 13. All protests must be in writing, and lodged along with deposit of 1,1, with the Secretary, before 12 o'clock 011 the morning after the Show of fctoek or .Articles to which the protest rofcra. The decision of the Managing Committee to be linal. 14. The Judge*, in deciding on the merits of exhibits in Section 13. (..'lass A, are directed to award prizes to those animals best suited for work, irrespective of money yalue. In Sheep, the .Judges are instructed to ,2ward prizes to the animals of purest blood, ca entered in the various classes. 15. No exhibit, except such Live Stock a; have not been awarded prizes (prize-takers may be removed by permission, to be returned on the second day for exhibition), car be removed from the Ground until 4 o'clock on the last day of the Show, ami on both days before that hour a special order from the Secretary will be required. 16'. The Stewards in the various classes are enjoined and empowered to prevent any person interfering with the Judges during adjudication ; and no exhibitor or other person (other than Judges, Stewards, and Secretary) will be permitted to go inside the ring while the Cattle and Horses are being judged, except in such cases as the Stewards jnay deem necessary. 17. Members, on presentation of then cards, will be admitted, with their families, free to all the Exhibitions of the Association. IS. Tlio supporters of the Association are reminded that their annual subscriptions of LI are due ; and in order to enable it to meet the liberal prizes offered, it is respectfully requested that subscriptions be paid and donations be made at an early date, to any member of the Committee, or to the Secretary, at the oilice of the Association. Entries will be received, on or before Thursday, November 7th ; subsequent to which date, no entry will, upon any eonaideration, be received.
