The Board's Solicitor having given the opinion that it would be necessary for the Board to appoint a valuator for the coming year, it was decided to advertise for applications for the position, to be opened at the next ordinary meeting of the Board. A coirml.'iii?t having been received from the Inspector of Roads that certain persons had left two dead bullocks on the coal-pit road, and that they were in a very offensive state and a great nuisance to the public, it was resolved that notice be sent to Messrs.
