She sailed again on the Ist instant. Sydnky, Nov. S. N Sailed—City of Sydney. The City of Sydney cleared Sydney Heads at 0 this morning. Floods on the overland route having detained the Victorian mails, it became necessary to postpone the sailing of the 'Frisco steamer. The detention, however, will not interfere with the steamer's departure from New Zealand, as she will be pressed on the passage to Auckland.
