It shall not be lawful to drive into or through any part of the Town of Oamaru, except between the hours of 10 o'clock p.m. and 8 o'clock a.m. of any day, any great cattle (provided that n thing herein contained shall apply to horses driven in harness, or to oxen in the yoke, or to driving milch cowa to water and back).
