Connell and Clowes report that they held a Bale of rural and town sections •it their rooniH in Tyne-streot, this morning, when, the following prices were realised, viz : -Rural acetioiw at Maheno. on account ot \\ Williams, Esq., varying from four and a half to acres each, at L 25 to L 27 per acre, and four town seet : ons, on account oi another client. 1.58 to 1,75 each. Messrs. Fleming and llcdley report that they submitted to public competition, immediately after the Horse Parade, on account ofSJr. Kennedy Wylie, the Clydesdale entire, Earl of Paisley, by Lord Paisley, imported. There was a good competition, and ne was eventually knocked down to Mr. Thomas Mce, Otepopo, at 18i guineas. j AUCKLAND. [IIYTKLBfIHAPII.] October 4.
