(EEUTBE'S TKLEGF.AHS. FBK PRESS AGENCY.) London, Sept. 26. The British Government leaves to a member of the Council of India, the Secretary of State, to initiate and carry out the line of policy to be adopted towards the Ameer of Afghanistan, The prevalent opinion is in favor of English occupation of Khyber Pass and Kandahar, St. Petersburg, Sept. 20. It is officially denied here that Russia is acting in complicity with the Ameer of Afghanistan.
