IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED that, no Creditors of the said William Harper having attended at the first or adjourned Meeting of Creditors, held at the Courthouse, Oamaru, on Thursday, the nineteenth, and Friday, the twentieth days of September, 1878, I appointed Mr. THOMAS HOOD BROWN, a Certificated Accountant in Bankruptcy, to be Creditors' Trustee of the Estate of the said William Harper, and further, that the said Thomas Hood Brown has duly declared his acceptance of the office of Trustee.
