The Auctioneers have very much pleasure in directing the attention of Farmers to these magnificent Farms. They are now, and have lain in English grass for the last seven years, and are consequently in prime order for cropping. It is well-known to settlers in the district that as much as 70 bushels of wheat and 90 bushels of n.its have been threshed from this land. The boil is of the very choicest, and is equally adapted for corn or grazing. The Farms are well and securely fenced. The purchaser of lot 30 will have the option of taking 31 at the same figure. The terms are 15 per cent, on the fall of the hammer, and the balance in one month or as per arrangement. The properties are for sale without the slightest reserve.
