Thoroughbred Horse 9 and Hacks, Ayrshire and General Cattle, Sheep, Pigs, Poultry, Dairy Produce, Cured Meats, Implements, Flour and Bread, Grain and S. The winners of Cups c,r Pieces of Plate shall nut be entitled to receive the Medals representing the points by which the Cups were won, 9. No Cups will be given unless there be at least 20 exhibits, with not less than three exhibitors. 10. In the event of ties for any Cup, the winner of the largest number of first prizes takes precedence. The points for prizes will count aa follows ;—lst thr u o {»} points : 2nd prize, two (2) points ; '.ivd prize (represented by a highly commended ticket), one (1) point. 11. Prize-takers to have the option of taking Money in lieu of Medals. 12. All Imnlements shall be classified on the Ground, in accordances with programme, under the direction r,f trip Stewards. 13. All protests must be in writing, and lodged along with deposit of Ll, with £he Secretai-y, before 12 o'clock qn the morning after cijc Shoii' of Si--ock or Articles to which the protest refers. The Judges, in deciding on the merits of exhibits in Section 13, Class A, are ilip -ted to award prizes to those animals be ' suited for work, irrespective of money v. 'ie. In Sheep, the Judges are instructed to award prizes to the animals of purest blood, as entered in the various classes. I 1",. No exhibit, except such Live Stock as have not been awarded prizes (prize-takers may Lie removed by permission, to be returned on the se..ond day for exhibition), can , be removed from the Ground untii 4 o'clock on th.e last day of the Show, and on b(,t}f days before that hour a special order from the Secretary will be required. The Stewards in the various classes j art enjoined and empowered to prevent any person interfering with the Judges during adjudication ; and no exhibitor or other person (other than Judges, Stewards, and Secretary) will be permitted to go inside the rim: while the Cattle and Horses ore being judged, except in such cases as the Stewards may deem necessary. \~. Members, on presentation of their cards, wiil be .admitted, with their families, tree to all the Exhibitions of the Association. IS. No entry will be received unless subI je.et to the regulations of the Committee. Admission to the Show Ground :—2s. 6d. to 12 o'clock ; after that tjine, Is., on both days. Children, hajf pri.ee. The supporters of the Association are minded that their annual subscriptions of Ll arc due ; and in order to unable it to meet the liberal prizes offered, it is respectfully requested that subscriptions be paid and donations be made at an early date, to any member of the Committee, or to the Secretary, at the office of the Association. i MATHEW HOLMES, President. In Poultry, Cured Meats, Bread, Flour, and Extras, Wool and Dogs—Members, 2a 6d ; non-members, ss. For all Private Prizes, an entry of 2s 6d will be charged. Entries will be received, on or before Thursday, November 7th ; subsequent to which date, no entry will, upon any consideration, be received. The Committee will in no case consider any entry valid, unless the fees be paid at the time of making it.
