AUCTIONEERS' REPORTS. Messrs. Brown, Sutton, and Co., report holding a sale of town prop at their rooms yesterday, the attendance being fair. Section 13, block LX., with two-roomed cottage thereon, was knocked down tor IA.M. The other lots not reaching the vendor s reserves were passed in, but several of them are likely to bo sold privately. Mr. A. H. Maude reports having sold at his stores, Harbor-street, yesterday, on account of the Trustees of the late D. Millwards, Motion 46, block 6, Oamaru Survey District (1 acre), and section 1 of 21, block 6, Oamaru Survey District (40 acres), lne first lot was knocked down to Mr. F. Dunlop, for P. Cunningham and Co., at L 80; and the second to Mr. H. Connell, as agent for the Hon. M. Holmes, for the sum of L 990, or at the rate per acre of L 24 15s. There was a r good attendance at the sale, and tho bidding throughout was of a most spirited character.
