The master, Captain Fargie, reports that at 530 a.m. to-d-'y the vessel -jibed and the boom striking :>■ named Christian, a Norwegian, Jigecl between 8a and 40, carried him ovcrbn.'ird. He sank rapidly, and iiiithiii'_ r was afcorwards suen of him. Captain F;u'-:k- lowered the boat, and went in search of the unfortunate man, but without avail. •
