RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Ploughing will begin at 9 o'clock. The amount of ground to be ploughed by each competitor i 3 two-thirds of an aore for double-furrows, and five-eighths for sw'ng plough. Time—-5J hours, including half an hour for lunch. 2. In Classes B and C, each man to make his own break, and cleave it out. The furrow to be not more than 9 inches wide, nor less than 6 inches deep. No straight coulters allowed. In Class A, each man to make crowu and finish ; the furrow to be not more than 8 inches wide, nor less than 5 inches deep.3. Assistance allowed at first and last rounds only. 4. Start and finish to be notified by gunfire. Entry money, 10s. Members irse.
