Mr. Miller reports the s.Veof JohnOemmel and Co.s Mangaharura and other lea-ehold property, consisting of about 28,500 acres in the Mnhaka district, together with 1100 acres freehold, and 10,000 sheep .with all the station plant; also, the Spring Hill estate of the same firm, consisting of 670 acrea of freehold, at Port Mohaka, the whole for the sum of L 18.500, tot Sir Thomas Tancred, of Canterbury.
