All Horses must be haltered and led, and one man must be in attendance with each lot of Horned Cattle. 3. The name and residence of the exhibitor and breeder ; of bheep, the time of shearing ; •>f young Horses and < 'attle, the date of birth as "far as known—mUst be given to the Secretarv, at the time aud in the manner fixed by the Cotrmittee. 4. All stock exhibited must be bona fide the property of the exhibitor. 5. No exhibitor will be allowed to exhibit, more than one lot in all sections in Classes O, P, S, T, U. 6. In no case shall a premium be adjudged unless the -fudges shall deem the lot of sufficient merit, more especially if there be no competition. 7. Animals taking first prizes at this Show will not compete again as one of a pair, but this shall not apply to private prizes. No Shrep to be removed from pens (-xcept by direction of the Judges) after adjudication until 4 o'clock p m. S. All Implements -hail be classified on the Ground, in accordance with programme, utrder thy direction of the -Stewards.

13. All protests must be in writing, and lodged along with deposit of LI, with the Secretary, before 12 o'clock on the morning after the Show of Stock or Articles to which the protest refers. Tlie decision of the Managing Committee to be final. 14. The Judges, in deciding on the merits of exhibits in Section 13, Class A, are dir> •'•-d to award prizes to those animals bo * -uited for work, irrespective of money va ue. In Sheep, the Judges are instructed to award prizes to tiie animals of purest blood, as entered in the various classes. 15. No exhibit, except such Live Stuck as have not been awarded prizes (prize-takers may he removed by permission, to be returned on the second day for exhibition), can be removed from the Ground until 4 o'clock on the last day of the Show, and on both days before that hour a special order from the Secretary will be required.

16 The stewards in the various classes are enjoined and empowered to prevent any person interfering with the Judges during adjudication ; a:el no exhibitor or other person (other than Judges, • tewards, and Secretary) will b? permitted to co inside the ring whfie the < at:le and Horses ;ire being judged, exe -pt in such c.ises as the Stewards may deem necessary. 17. Members, on presentation of tiieir cards, will be admitted, with th<;ir families, free to all the Exhibitions of the Association.

The supporters of the Association are reminded that their annual subscriptions of LI are due ; and in order to enable it to meet the liberal prizes offered, it is respectfully r« quested that; subscriptions be pai I and donations be made at an early date, to any member of the Committee, or to the Secretary, at the ottiee of the Association. In Poultry, Cured Meats, Bread, Flour, and Extras, Wool and Dogs—Members, 2s 6d ; non-members, ss. For all Private Prizes, an entry of 2s Gd will be charged. Entries will be received, on or before Thursday, November 7th ; subsequent to which date, no entry will, upon any «onsideration, be received.
