GuEYMot nr, August 10. At an extraordinary general meeting of HieGreymouth Coal Mining Company, at "Mch there was a large attendance, the following resolutions were carried almost loanimously:—l. That the directors be xithorised to call for tenders for the purWof the Company'a mine and pro*"7- 2.
