CAIRNS, of Wharekuri, Otago, to purchase the land hereunder described, to wit: All and whole that parcel of land being parts Coal Lease No. 2 and Run No. 23, both in ssrow District, County Waitaki, and containing together 13a lr 4'6p ; bounded on the East by the bank of Wharekuri Creek, along which it extends Southwards from main road 658 links; thence in a Westerly direction 1096 links; thence in a Northerly direction 1800 links to main road, and thence along S.
