Christchureh Section of the Nflv Zealand Railways (excepting such as may be in use for current contracts), must send in to the Resident Engineer af. the Railway Station, Christchureh, a Written Application for leave to remove the same, setting forth full particulars of the nature and whereabouts of the property claimed. All such applications must lie made on or before the 31st JULY Inst., after which date none will be received. On the claim appearing satisfactory to the Resident Engineer, he will give the claimant a written order, authorising him to enter on the Railway premises to remove the property wit'ain 14 days from the date of such order. All such Plant or Material unclaimed by the 31st July, or not removed within the time limited as above, will be deemed to be the property of the Crown ; and no claim by any person in respect thereof will be recognised.
