SPECIAL CABLEGRAM.
♦ (prom our own correspondent.) Dunedin, July 6. The following special cablegram has been, received by the Star : London, July 7.Congress gives Batontn to Russia; England obtaining in return the cession of Pirqlto Servia. _ Batoum becomes a free port, its fortifijsaiions being demoralised. An English-Russian Commission lias assembled at Armenia to prevent a conflict. Congress has settled the Greek question by giving her a small increase of territory.
