The schooner Lady St. Anbyn will finish discharging to morrow morning, and will take in a cargo of oats for Melbourne. _ The s.B. Maori. Captain Bemech, arrived from Dunedin this morning with passengers and cargo. The Maori has taken the place of the Samson for this trip, the latter vessel I being in the dock nndergoing an overhaul.
