It was resolved—That the nomination for the Mayoral election be fixed "for Wednesday, 17th July, at 12 o'clock noon, at the Council Chambers, and the poll, if necessary, for Monday, July 22nd, and that Cr. Gibbs be Returning Officer ; enquiries to be made as to the most suitable polling places, to be fixed at next meeting.
