A large Gas Stove h::s been fitted up, and Pupils will be enabled to see the various processes of cooking from li[-.-t to last. The Classes are so arranged as to meet the requirements of people in diii'erent positions in life. The afternoons of Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays will be devoted to superior as well as plain cooking. The Kveninn Classes on Tuesdays. Wednesdays, and Saturdays will be devoted to the plainer style of cooking. Young ladies attending school during the week are invited to attend the Saturday Lessons.

One lesson in each course will be devoted to Sick Room Cookery.
