Major Brown, Civil Commissioner, calls for tenders in to-day's Herald for the erection of three buildings at Waitara. to be completed by the lilth June, and for removing the same, for the purpose of holdiug the forthcoming native : meeting. Tenders arc also called for the supply of bread, potatoes, beef, tea, sugar, &c. The New Plymouth new Harbor Board had its first meeting to-day. when Mr. T. Kelly was re-appointed Chairman, and Mr. T. Kintr Treasurer.
