AUCTION KI R'S REPORT. Mr. G. Greenfield held a general sale of miscellaneous articles at his mart, Tynestreet, to-day. Good prices were realised ; white and red lead paints averaged 10a 6d per lb., 28 tins : water tank, 1.4 ; potatoes, L2 7s 6M per ton : onions, 2Jd per lb. furniture, etc., realised good prices; tea, 25s per box ; oak chairs, 8s each.

[FROM TTftS MOP.N'lN'g's iikraltk] The prain market has again been very inactive during the past week, and we bave 110 alteration in prices to report :— W heat i:still quoted at from 3d tOd to 4s 2d ; oats. 2a tOd tr> 3s f>d ; and barley anything np to 4g !'d. Deliveries have be«>n heavy, and a large number of special goods trains have been run to reduce grain stocks at country stations.
