Russia accepts Bismarck's mutual withdrawal scheme. The details are being arranged between England and' Prussia.
The Prince of Wales visited the Victorian Court at the Paris Exhibition, and complimented the Hon. Mr. Casey. (renter's special, per press agency.) London, April 25. A lnrire meeting in Manchester adopted a resolution that the British Government had thrown obstacles in the way of the maintenance of peace, and protesting against the employment of Indian troops in Europe.
Paris, April 24. The opening of the Exhibition was brilliant. London, April 30. The Hon. Gathorne Hardy, Secretary for War, says the British Government takes its stand on the Treaty of 1870. That treaty is considered at St. Stephens to be without a single element of permanent peace. The interests of Mussulman and Greek must not be forgotten. England is resolved to adhere to the principles hitherto maintained. Vienna, April 30.

The steamer Cambria has arrived in the harbor of Maine, from Russia, with 60 oncers and COO men of the Russian navy, under command of Count Grefenburg, believed to be destined for privateering. St. Petersbuhgh, May 2.
