AUCTIONEERS' REPORTS. Mr. A. H. Maude reports that he offered at auction yesterday, on account of Mr. C. G. Moore, six building allotments of nearly $ acre each, fronting Avon-street. Only one was sold, bringing LI 50. Mr. G. Greenfield reports that he sold today, by public auction, the lease fortwentyone years of Municipal section 5, block LXXIV., to Mr. J. Adam, at a rental of LIO Iss. per annum. He also sold the lease of Mnicipal section 4, block LXXVIII., for a similar term to Mr. J. Blackley at an annual rental of IJS 17s. 6"d.
