Judge Fellowes died this evening at 6 o'clock. Cabinet and Executive Council meet, ings were held to-day, when the Speech of°his Excellency for the prorogation of Parliament to-morrow was considered and adopted. Sydney, April 8. Arrived —Rotorua. Port Darwin, April 8. The ship Matterhorn and barque Carleton have been lost at Bronse Tsland. The captain and fifteen men of the Matterhorn were drowned ; also four men of the Flora, who went to her assistance.
