(FROM OT7R OWN OOP.RESPOXDENT.) DUJSEDIN. April 5. Sir John Goode is expected to arrive here to-morrow night. The Harbour Board yesterday agreed upon a number of propositions and questions to be submitted to l:ttii, and Messrs Reynolds and TewsW are to accompany him upon his inspection of the harbour. Mr David Ross was yesterdav fined L2 fur giving a receipt without affixing the necessary stamp. The Dun- din Jockey Club has given 50 guineas to the Benevolent Institution.
