The land is almost all equal in quality to the productive Taieri or Edendale T>lain.<?. and tho remainder consists of rich sloping ridges of which nearly every acre is plotighable. There is a frontage of eight miles to the Titipna stream, and the property is well sheltered. The whole estate will he put up to auction in lots as originally conveyed by Government, and, in most cases, the purchaser will have the option of purchasing adjoining lots at the same price.
