The main road from Invereargill to lJuuedin runs through the estate, and there are two railway stations Edendale and Woodlands —in close proximity, the nearest station being four miles off, whilst the farih'.st point from a railway station is only seven miles. Sections .'i/i and Ulock \., Lindhursi, will be put up together, to save fencing and to make the most of the water frontage, and the sections similarly situated wiil be put up in the same way. Although this land is about one hundred and seventeen miles distant by rail from Uunedin, it is only tweutv-live to thirty miles south of Dunedin latiaidinally.
