♦ AUCTIONEERS' REPORTS. Messra Fleming and Hedley report that they helc| a sale of property on account of Mrs. Farrar. at the stores, Tyne-strcet, on Saturday, 9th inst. There was a good attendance of buyers. The property in Tyne-street was withdrawn at auction, but was immediately after sold privately to David Booth, Esq.. Maheno. The property at Kakantit was knocked down to George Sumpter, Esq., agent for Mr. S. Farrar, for the sum of L5'25. Mr. A. H. Maude reports having sold by public auction, at stores, Harbour-street, this day, the reversion of the lease of Municipal section 14, block XXVII., Oamaru town, with eleven years to run from June, 1878, at a ground rental of Ll4 ss. per annum, two-thirds valuation at termination of lease, to Mr. W. C. Baudinet, for the sum of L 139. Messrs. Brown, Sntton, and Co. report selling, at M "Kay's New Yards, this day, horses, buggies", &c. There were a large number of buyers present, and with few exceptions, aTt lots brought satisfactory prices.
