The meeting of the rvjjool Committee which was to liave been held at Mi, Hardy's office at 11 a.m. to-day was adjourned to half-past 4 this afternoon. At the Kesiilent Magistrate's Court this morning, John M'Leod was fined 10s. for being drunk and disorderly. His Honor Judge "Ward delivered judgment to-day in re Hilliker ex parte Secular, trustee in the estate of Thomas Hilliker.
