There was a small attendance, but the biddintr was moderately-spirited. Tlie first lot, consisting of 45 acres oats, wa3 knocked down at L2 17s Sd per acre. The second, consisting of 53v 2r. under wheat, 7Sia of oat?, and 54a of barley, altogether 186 a Ir, was knocked down at L 3 6*3 per acre. _ Lot 3—69 a self-sown wheat and oats, mixed, bronght 10< per acre. He also sold a bnggy, LIS 10s ; quantity of harness at low rates ; 2 reapers, at 1,15 and L 5 respectively; donblf-'nrrow plough, L 4 as; set iron harrows, L 3 7a Sd ; and niiscellaneons lots, at fair rates. Holders show no disposition to part with their stocks except at an advanced price. Very little New Zealand offering, the entire stock being bronght into a narrow compass. The sales comprise 40 bales, ranging from L2S 5* to L2ff 10a. New Zealand produce moves bnt slowly, there being fittt« demand for better conditioned parcels.
