Attention is drawn to Rule 8, which provides that "duly qualified subscribers entitled to vote at all meetings of subscribers to this Hospital shall mean those persons on ly who have subscribed the sum of LI sterling." , . ~~. , Notice is also hereby given that it has been intimated to the Committee that it is intended by one of the subscribers to move the following resolution, viz., "That it is advisable to increase the number of th«Medical Staff, and to give to patients the right of selecting their own medical attendant and also to make such alteration in the rule's as shall be deemed necessary to carry out the wishes of thejnceting in respect o the proposed change."
