'the Coodwood Station of the Great Northern Trunk Railway is fixed near the centre of the property, bringing every part within two hours' travel of Dunedin. The lands of Brookkuuls are mostly composed of alluvial deposit flats of the richest description, carrying always the heaviest crop in the district, and equally adapted for wheat or potato crops.
