IN KE THOMAS HILLIKER. His Honor said he was not prepared to deliver judgment on the motions made by Mr. O'Meaghcr with regard to the repayment to the estate of certain moneys by the trustee (Mr. James Scoular). The matter was one of very great importance, and he wished to place himself in possesssion of the fullest information on the points raised before giving judgment, which he would do at the next sitting of the Court, to be held on the 24th inst. IN BE WILLIAM EDMUND BIIUNTON. Mr. O'Meagher applied for an order for the discharge of the bankrupt, which was granted. IN HE EDWARD SH A DWELL. On the application of Mr. Balmer, an order was granted for the discharge of the bankrupt. Hie Court then adjourned until the 24th inst.
