TO THE EDITOR OF THE EVENING MAIL. Sir,—ln the North Otago Times of the 26th inst.. Mr. Gibbs challenges anyone to meet him either on platform or through the Press regarding Oamaru and the country surrounding it. lam prepared to do so, but would prefer the platform.
