The Government party decided this morning to accept Mr. Travel's' motion to censure the Ministry for their action in the privilege question as a Ministerial question. They regard Mr. Travel's as tiie leader of the Opposition, in consequence of his ab'liiy to view questions from many different sides. Tuis is expected to considerably embarrass t'<e Opposition, ;is it shelves Major Atkinson. The Ministry is not out yet, and is not LkJy to be for some time.
